Ok so I know talking wedding flowers can get confusing and if you don’t usually buy flowers it can be extremely overwhelming and expensive. I get it…. Life is expensive and unfortunately flowers are no exception.
I use premium flowers and only choose the best for your special day. (trust me you will thank me once you see what I create for you)
I have tried to create some packages to make it a little bit easier for you to process, so have a look and see which package may suit your needs.
If for whatever reason none of these suits your needs that is absolutely fine I can create a custom package just for you… don’t worry I got you!
Please note that these packages are floral only. All packages will incur a Labour fee, Delivery Fee and/ or any additional hire items you may need such as Arbours or Plinths
micro wedding
FROM $999
Ok this package is exactly as it sounds. Micro – Meaning small wedding, no fuss, just the basics. All you will need for an intimate gathering of your nearest and dearest.

- 1x Medium seasonal bridal bouquet
- 1x Small seasonal bridesmaid posy
- 2x Matching buttonholes (Groom, Groomsman)
- 1x Seasonal floral arrangement for your ceremony arbour
- 1x Small seasonal sign floral (ideally to be attached to an easel)
Ceremony essentials

This package includes everything you will need for a basic ceremony set up.

- 4x Matching buttonholes (Groom, 3x Groomsmen)
- 1x Seasonal floral arrangement for your ceremony arbour
- 1x Seasonal welcome sign floral
- 6x Aisle posies (to tie on chairs to mark your aisle)
whimsical wedding

This is for all you whimsical garden vibe brides! A real crowd pleaser with a beautiful natural, organic feel to your florals. This package includes it all so all you have to do is sit back relax and enjoy the ride!

- 1x Large seasonal garden style bridal bouquet
- 3x Seasonal garden bridesmaid posies
- 4x Matching buttonholes (Groom, 3x Groomsmen)
- 2x Ceremony arrangements (for the ground or make a statement with plinths)
- 2x Small ground aisle markers (All ceremony arrangements can be reused for reception space)
- 1x Seasonal welcome sign floral
- 1x Floral accent for cake
- 20x Budvases for your reception space (Including hire of budvase)
luxe wedding

Ok if you love roses and wanting something a bit luxe, a bit elegant then look no further than this reflexed rose package! She’s a bit spesh!

- 3x Premium bridesmaid bouquets
- 4x Matching buttonholes (Groom, 3x Groomsmen)
- 2x Luxe ceremony arrangements (to include greenery)
- 1x Luxe welcome sign floral (to include greenery)
- Rose petals to scatter down the aisle
- 1x Luxe Bridal table arrangement (to include greenery)
- 1x Floral accent for cake
- 20x Reflexed rose budvases (Including bud vases)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note all floral arrangements are mixed seasonal floral and will include some foliage. Exception only to reflex rose bouquets. Due to flowers being a natural, perishable product we cannot guarantee specific flower types or colour types. We will ALWAYS do our best to keep with your desired palette and theme.
All bouquets will be made in Arranged By Claires signature style. This includes foliage and an unstructured style of arranging. Please see our instagram account to ensure our style aligns with your vibe.
Bouquets will always include ribbon either wrapped around stems or draping (colours of ribbon will match whichever colour palette you choose)
You will have the choice of 3x colour palettes 1. White & Green, 2. Soft Pastel (this includes colours such as soft pinks/ mauves/ soft yellows etc) and 3. Vibrant Brights (such as reds, oranges, hot pinks etc) We cannot guarantee specific colour types. We will always take into consideration your colour theme and match as best as we can.
These packages are set prices you cannot sub out or swap items, however we can create a custom quote for you if you are wanting something different. Additions can be made at an extra cost.
These Packages are floral only and do not include Delivery, plinth or arbour hire & Labour costs. Budvase hire is included where specified and hire rules apply (check contract for hire terms at time of booking)
Arranged By Claire can look into arbour hire for you at request.
Each package will include one delivery, ideally to your ceremony location so we can install arbour florals and/ or budvases. If you want extra deliveries this will be at an additional cost. Price to be confirmed at time of booking.
