So, a little about me…

I’m a mum of two, a Christmas enthusiast and a creative who loves getting her hands dirty and throwing herself into a good project. I didn’t grow up dreaming of being a florist, and I don’t have a sweet story about picking flowers in my grandmother’s garden. My love for flowers came a little later in life — and in a way, that makes my journey into floristry even more special.

After becoming a mum, I found myself wanting something creative that was just for me. Something I could connect with on a deeper level. That’s when I discovered floristry, and honestly, working with Mother Nature lit a fire in my soul.

There’s something pretty incredible about how flowers make us feel. They can bring back a memory, say what words can’t, or completely transform a space. Getting to be part of those moments in people’s lives is something I never take for granted.

My kind of flowers

Think natural, organic and a little untamed. I’m drawn to interesting textures, lush foliage, soft blooms and those beautiful, unexpected details that make an arrangement feel alive.

I love flowers that move, shapes that aren’t too perfect and designs that feel considered without feeling overly styled. My aim is to create florals that complement your day, reflect your personality and feel like you — not just another wedding pulled from a Pinterest board.

I also try to be mindful of the materials I use, limiting floral foam and single-use items where practical, and reusing or repurposing items wherever I can. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about making thoughtful choices where possible.

Why weddings?

After studying floristry and taking a chance on this wonderfully unpredictable industry, I quickly realised weddings were where my heart was.

I love working with couples to bring their ideas to life, finding those little details that make everything feel cohesive, and creating florals that become part of the memories you’ll look back on for years to come.

And if we can give your flowers a second moment in the spotlight by thoughtfully repurposing them throughout your day? Even better.

At the end of it all, I’m just a mum following a creative dream, one stem at a time. And I feel pretty lucky that I get to do what I love for a living.
